The developers, SingHaiYi Group, are expecting competition amongst buyers for a freehold residential project that has been rare in District 19 for the last five years. Prices for units at the Gazania will start from $1M for a one-bedroom unit of 440 sqft, and $3.3M for a four-bedroom penthouse unit of 1,800 sqft (Straits Times, April 16 2019).
It averages at $2,000 per sqft. The marketing agents for The Gazania are PropNex, Savills and Huttons. In the first phase, half of the units are expected to be launched for sale (EdgeProp, April 15 2019). Potential home buyers can now view show-flats of The Gazania at 16 Tai Seng Street.
