Meyer Mansion Type of Bedrooms Available
The 1 Bedroom unit is 45 square metres or 484 square feet. This includes a 4 square metre balcony and 2 square metre aircon ledge.
The 2 Bedroom unit is 64 square metres or 689 square feet including a 6 square metre balcony and 3 square metre aircon ledge.
There are 2 layouts available for 3 Bedroom units which both cover an area of 103 square metres or 1109 square feet. This includes a 12 square metre balcony and 6 square metre aircon ledge.
The difference between the 2 layouts is that one has an open kitchen layout while the other has a semi-open kitchen. The units with the semi-open kitchen layout face the landed area to the north while the units with the open kitchen face the sea in the southward direction.
3 Bedroom Premium
The 3 Bedroom Premium units cover a larger area of 130 square metres or 1399 square feet, including a 15 square metre balcony and 7 square metre aircon ledge. These units also have private lifts with the kitchen split into a wet and dry kitchen.
There are also 2 layouts available with one facing the landed area and the other facing the sea.
4 Bedroom Premium
With a 160 square metre or 1722 square feet area, the 4 Bedroom Premium units have a larger balcony area of 22 square metres with an 8 square metre aircon ledge.

Benefits of URA Master Plan for Meyer Mansion Residences
The new Thomson-East Coast MRT Stations in the Katong area including Katong Park MRT Station, Tanjong Katong MRT Station, Marine Parade MRT Station and Marine Terrace MRT Stations will be completed by 2023. This will connect the Tanjong Katong area to the city area as the stations in the Central Business District and Orchard areas will open in 2021 under Stage 3, making it more convenient for you to go to town or to the office using public transport.
East Coast Park is also undergoing improvement works and the revamped Raintree Cove opened in 2019. A new cyclist park and vertical playground with lookout tower is in the works in the former Big Splash area and is expected to open by end 2020. Meyer Mansion in the News (Straits Times, 4 September 2019)
Meyer Mansion went on sale on September 13, 2019 and the purchase price translates to a breakeven price of an estimated $2,400 per square foot (Straits Times, 4 September 2019). The development sits on the former Casa Meyfort residential site which GuocoLand bought for $319 million in 2018.
The price commanded by Meyer Mansion is estimated to be higher than Amber Park because Meyer Mansion has direct frontline seaview. Units on the higher floors have unblocked panoramic sea views and lower floor units have a view of the gardens in Meyer Mansion.
It will become increasingly rare to have a freehold development along Meyer Road to become available which is expected to drive demand. Recent developments have shown that buyers are willing to pay more to have freehold units in favourable locations.
