The weekend launch itself witnessed a take-up rate of almost 50%. According to Hong Leong Holdings, 24 out of the 50 units that were released for sale during the weekend launch were sold at an average of $1,560 to $1,750 per sq ft, with early bird prices ranging from $750,000 for the 1-Bedroom units, $1.1015 million for the 2-Bedroom units, 1.42 million for the 3-Bedroom units to $1.999 million for the 4-Bedroom units.
The condo is the first development to be established on a Government Land Sales site via a two-envelope system, where winners are chosen based on concept and then the price.
