Key highlights of the development along Shunfu Road include its integrated smart home technologies and intelligent estate monitoring system. Of its 1,206 units available, 63 one-bedroom units called “the gold standard” was specifically designed for older residents and are equipped with smart technology.
At the time of publishing, Jadescape’s one-bedroom units started from S$838,000, 2-bedroom units from S$988,000 and its 3-bedroom units from S$1.38M .Sunfu Ville estate had been acquired en bloc by Qingjian Realty for S$638 million in 2016, marking the largest collective sale since 2007 at the time (Business Times, 3 September 2018).
