1 Bedroom
The 1 Bedroom unit covers an area of 45 square metres or 484 square feet.

2 Bedroom
There are 4 layouts of the 2 Bedroom units available and they vary between 67 square metres to 85 square metres, or 721 square feet to 915 square feet of space. Some layouts have an additional bathroom, and the biggest layout has larger bedroom space for both the master bedroom and second bedroom.

3 Bedroom

Nyon is next to Tanjong Katong MRT station which is part of Phase 4 of the Thomson-East Coast Line with an expected completion date of 2023. The central stations of Orchard, Great World City and Marina Way will be completed during Phase 3 in 2021, meaning that you can immediately connect to the city area via MRT once Phase 4 is complete.

Improvement works are also ongoing in East Coast Park so that you have more leisure options. Raintree Cove will be upgraded to have more open lawns for leisure activities.  The former Big Splash will also be revamped into a vertical playground with water play features. There will be a lookout tower in homage to its historic Big Splash roots. The previous Goldkist Chalets will be redeveloped as a cyclist park along the Round Island Route which stretches for 150km. It will be a cyclists’ hub with cycle-through F&B outlets, workshop spaces and cycling circuits.

With a shopping hub and new offices being built in Paya Lebar Central, you no longer need to go to town to find something you need with over 200 shops to choose from. The new Wisma Geylang Serai community civic and cultural centre will also open to strengthen the cultural identity of the area.

Nyon In The News (Straits Times, August 17 2017)

12 Amber Road, the site which Nyon is built on, was put up for sale with an expected sale value of between $56 million and $61 million (Straits Times, August 17 2017).  This translated to an estimated $1,199 to $1,268 per square foot per plot ratio. Development charges were estimated at $20 million.

Nyon was also mentioned in a feature about Aurum Land’s moves to stay up-to-date on business trends (EdgeProp, July 23 2018). Nyon takes inspiration from the heritage of the East, with common areas featuring Peranakan porcelain tiles for a bright and colourful feel. The building will have a lace veil texture on the exterior while incorporating a futuristic look.

Nyon also offers side-car tours to showflat visitors to showcase the conservation shophouses and terrace houses in the area and experience the neighbourhood (PropertyGuru, February 15 2019).
