The Jovell showflat is along Flora Drive, located near the the Japanese School Singapore at Changi. Please refer to the following ways to get to the showflat.
Exit the nearest expressway by Tampines Expressway (TPE), driving along Flora Road into Flora Drive road. Private parking lots are available but limited.
Interested buyers are highly encouraged to make an appointment so that parking can be made available for you.
The nearest MRT station is Tampines East (DT) along the Downtown Line. Take the bus from bus stop ID: 76319, Opp Blk 454. Take Bus 29 and alight 3 stops later at Bus ID: 98081 Aft Jln Batalong.
It will take approximately 15 minutes to reach the showflat.
Pickup arrangement from the station is also available through appointments.
