New Launch Condo Near Orchard Boulevard MRT Station

Orchard Boulevard MRT is an underground Thomson-East Coast Line station in the Orchard planning area, opened in 2022. It sits at the end of Orchard Boulevard where it meets Grange Road, with Camden Medical Centre, Tanglin Mall and JEN by Shangri-La Hotel among the surrounding developments, alongside a number of foreign embassies.

This southern end of the Orchard corridor trades on prestige, lush greenery and exclusivity. For residents of the nearby Good Class Bungalow and luxury condominium belt, the TEL provides the first direct rail link to Orchard station, the financial district and eventually the East Coast.
