Prices at launch started from about S$1.16 million for a one-bedroom-plus-study.

Demand skewed toward smaller and mid-sized layouts: the bulk of the two-bedroom units and a large share of the three-bedroom units were taken up early, with most buyers reported to be Singaporeans purchasing for their own stay. As with any launch, the unit mix that sells first tends to reflect what end-users in the area are looking for rather than a guarantee of future performance, so buyers should still weigh price, layout and stack against their own needs.
