Tampines Condo New Launch for Sale

Tampines is primarily considered a mature estate, but that also means that the amenities and community have withstood the test of time, from 1991 to be exact. Hence it’s no wonder that there have been condominiums popping up within the area to cater to the demand of home-owners.

Treasure at Tampines

Treasure-at-Tampines

Treasure at Tampines is a newly launched mega condominium, located on Tampines Street 11. It is by far the most significant private condominium launch within the past decade, making it a hot topic amongst home-buyers and investors alike. It inhabits the former Tampines Court HUDC and bought over by veteran developer Sim Lian for $970 million.

The condominium will enjoy a 99-year lease, showcasing 2,203 units across 29 blocks of 12 storeyed buildings. There is a slew of bedroom unit floor plans, ranging from 1 to 5 bedroom units. Not to mention a selection of unblocked scenery of the neighbourhood and inward-facing swimming pool view.

The Tapestry

The-Tapestry

The Tapestry sits along Tampines Street 86 in District 17. A hot commodity that received nine bids from developers and eventually awarded to powerhouse City Developments Limited with their tender for $370.1 million. Strategically located in the developing area of Tampines North, the condo has a slew of luxurious facilities at your disposal.

Enjoy private chef and housekeeping services along with transport arrangements and a childcare centre all within the compound. Each unit comes with smart home tech including intelligent voice assistant, which can control your light, aircon, door sensor and digital locks.

It also features a rare dual key unit system for only 30 out of the 861 units, uniquely available for 4 to 5 bedroom layouts. Perfect for families with elderly parents, home offices or to lease out to tenants.

The Alps Residences

The-Alps-Residences

The Alps Residences is located in District 18 on Tampines Avenue 10, featuring 626 units within nine blocks of 15-storey buildings. Developed by MCC Land Developer, The Alps Residences consists of 1-4 bedrooms and penthouses.

Its design takes inspiration from nature lovers hailing from the Swiss Alps. It is helmed by a collaboration between Group8Asia from Switzerland and local company AGA architects, both award-winning firms with a flair for contemporary living.

The condo’s drawing point would be its proximity to Bedok Reservoir, perfect for water sports enthusiasts. Kayaking, wakeboarding, canoeing, dragon boating and even fishing is welcome and an ideal getaway from city life. Go back to nature with Sky Gardens to kick back and relax. Or check out the floral alley, pine forest or summer gardens scattered around the condo.

About Tampines Town

Tampines used to be covered in woodland, with the most the ironwood tree being the most prominent in the area. It is colloquially known as Tempinis, which is what inspired the name Tampines. In 1991, it was declared the first regional centre in Singapore and just a year later was awards the “World Habitat Award for Excellence in Housing Desing” from United Nations. The judges were impressed by the multitude of walkways and connector linking precincts and neighbourhoods. Along with the variations in housing design and the number of parks and open spaces available. It is also named the first cycling town in Singapore as it was selected as the trial place for the shared footpath scheme that is available everywhere today.
