New Launch Condo Near Khatib MRT Station

Khatib MRT station is an above-ground North-South Line station in the Khatib subzone of Yishun, opened in 1988. It is one of two NSL stations serving Yishun New Town, sitting north of the main Yishun station and closer to the reservoir end of the planning area.

Khatib occupies the quieter northern edge of Yishun, where lower-density estates and access to the Lower Seletar Reservoir area give the neighbourhood a more relaxed feel than the busy town centre. The red line carries residents south to Yishun and on to the broader island network with ease.
