Pasir Ris Master Plan and transformations
Learn more about the new upcoming developments in the surrounding Pasir Ris and Changi region that residents of Casa Al Mare can look forward to.

Pasir Ris URA Master Plan
Pasir Ris residents can look forward to the commencement of the URA Master Plan in their area. Pasir Ris is known for its greenery and bodies of water, which makes the new Pasir Ris Wafer Fab Park a no-brainer to have. It will be home to water fabrication and advanced display companies, creating jobs in the area and boosting developments.
The future Cross-Island Line will be constructed in a few years, with three stations passing through the city. Pasir Ris Park will see a facelift in its amenities for a more exceptional leisure experience for the family, as well as new housing developments being constructed near the park.
The nearby town of Changi will also be included in the Master Plan, with the construction of Jewel Airport completed recently and the development of a new "Changi East" for Changi Airport. Easties can also utilise the Coastal Park Connector which is part of the planned 150 km Round Island Route path that will circle the island. Easier access to Changi Point will also be made, a place full of character and well-loved for its heritage and greenery.

Pasir Ris Town Centre Plan
A new Integrated Transport Hub is being built to make commuting more convenient for Pasir Ris residents. Integrated with a fully air-conditioned bus interchange, polyclinic and a Town Plaza with a Heritage Garden, the Town Centre will be ready by 2027 for a brand new experience.

Pasir Ris MRT Cross Island Line Extension and Roads Improvement Plan
Pasir Ris Park is a charming and tranquil park that offers modern amenities for cycling and inline skating, as well as barbecue pits for rental. Not many know that tucked away in the park is a mangrove forest, kitchen garden and butterfly garden, all within close proximity of each other. These three attractions create an excellent educational walking trail for nature lovers and families out for some fun in the sun. Bird enthusiasts can also observe birds from the three-storey high bird watching tower located within the mangrove forest.
