Parc Clematis is an in-demand mega-development in Clementi’s District 5 on 2-20 Jalan Lempeng. Set to be completed in the first half of 2023, Parc Clematis will be developed into a 633,639 square feet living complex. Parc Clematis sold 324 of the 465 released units at the end of its launch on Aug 31 2019, which works out to be about 70% of the units available. Most of the units sold were one-bedroom and a variety of dual-key units, with the average selling price about $1,580 psf (The Straits Times, 2019). Despite the predicted recession from the Ministry of Trade and Industry, the Western region of Singapore has seen an uptick in prices for non-landed private housing.
