Parc Clematis

Parc Clematis is an in-demand mega-development in Clementi’s District 5 on 2-20 Jalan Lempeng. Set to be completed in the first half of 2023, Parc Clematis will be developed into a 633,639 square feet living complex. Third time’s the charm for the previous Park West owners, with the condominium sold to developers for $840.9 million and it’s 99-year lease renewed. The project is helmed by SingHaiyi – Gold, a joint venture between SingHaiyi Land and Haiyi Wealth Pte Ltd, an entity owned by the group’s significant shareholders, Celine and Gordon Tang. The lease upgrading premiums cost totals to $290.6 million, which brings the cost of square feet per plot ratio to be $850 psf ppr. The condominium boasts over 1450 apartment units, with luxurious strata terraces and bungalows for families seeking more space and privacy. The development has been in the limelight for clinching four awards at Asia Property Awards in 2018. Parc Clematis was awarded the Best Strata Housing Interior Design, Best Strata Housing Landscape Architecture Design, Best Megascale Condominium Development and most notably, Best Universal Design Development. The judges praised Parc Clematis for it’s multi-generational living space, with strategically located multi-generational amenities, facilities for the disabled, visual references and signages.
