J'den

J'den is the residential redevelopment of the former JCube mall by CapitaLand, planted in the middle of the Jurong Lake District, Singapore's second CBD in the making. Jurong East MRT interchange, where the East-West and North-South lines meet and the future Jurong Region Line will connect, is on the doorstep, along with Westgate, JEM and IMM.

On a 99-year tenure with completion estimated around 2028, the draw here is convenience plus the long-term growth story around Jurong Lake Gardens, the planned tourism and business developments, and the upcoming Cross Island Line. It is one of the most connected addresses in the west.
