Pasir Ris residents can look forward to the commencement of the URA Master Plan in their area. Pasir Ris is known for its greenery and bodies of water, which makes the new Pasir Ris Wafer Fab Park a no-brainer to have. It will be home to water fabrication and advanced display companies, creating jobs in the area and boost developments.
The future Cross-Island Line will be constructed in a few years, with three stations passing through the city. Pasir Ris Park will see a facelift in its amenities for a more exceptional leisure experience for the family, as well as new housing developments being constructed near the park.
The nearby town of Changi will also be included in the MasterPlan, with the construction of Jewel Airport completed recently and the development of a new “Changi East” for Changi Airport. Easties can also utilise the Coastal Park Connector which is part of the planned 150 km Round Island Route path that will circle the island. Easier access to Changi Point will also be made – a place full of character and well-loved for its heritage and greenery.
