Mori URA Master Plan

Situated close to the city and located near to Kallang, MORI stands to benefit from several ongoing development plans that have been laid out by URA since 2019. Such developments can effectively impact the capital appreciation of MORI apartments, quality of life for residents and even boost rental income for investors. Primarily, the URA Master Plan for Kallang prioritises the redevelopment of Kallang Riverside in Kampong Bugis into a waterfront lifestyle so that residents in the vicinity have new and more vibrant recreational options that are closer to home. 

The plan will transform the area into a car-lite residential precinct that provides more amenities such as hotels, shopping malls and restaurants. There will be more seamless walking and cycling paths along the river to improve mobility and encourage healthier living.
